Patrick Brown is an elite personal trainer based in Los Angeles, CA. Over the past 10 years, Patrick has helped countless clients create the body they’ve always dreamt of. Patrick specializes in weight loss or muscle gain and major body transformations. Patrick has an array of clientele ranging from models & actors to the everyday individual. In addition to implementing a workout that pushes you both mentally and physically, Patrick also supplies his clientele with nutritional guidance to amplify their results.
His extensive knowledge of nutrition allows him to provide expert guidance so each individual can best understand the types of foods and meal plans that will allow them to get the most efficient results over time.
Another major benefactor of working with Patrick is learning about the effects that stress has on the body. Learning about healthy mindfulness practices, how + when to implement them, and biofeedback from your body (sex drive, hormones, etc.) help drive the major changes that come with being a client of Patrick’s.
